Ko može biti regruter?

Gotovo svako. Iskustvo nije od presudnog značaja. Ukoliko znaš ljude, imaš volje, slobodnog vremena, osnovnih znanja koja se tiču Tech terminologije, industrije i okruženja, ako imaš funkcionalan računar, pristup internetu i želju da učestvuješ u ovakvom projektu. Prednost imaju ažurni – prati naše objave, prijavi se na news letter i ne odugovlači.

Kako zarađujem na ovoj platformi?

Otvorila se nova pozicija, a ti misliš da možeš da preporučiš idealnog kandidata? Prijavi se kao osoba koja će nam ga predstaviti. Sve što je potrebno je da klikneš. Dovoljno je preporučiti jednog dobrog kandidata. Ukoliko se ispostavi da imamo match, tvoj kandidat će imati novo radno mesto, a tebi sleduje navedena naknada.

Kako i kada me plaćate?

Postoje dve opcije – dakle, potrebno je da imaš agenciju, a ako nemaš, isplate se vrše po ugovoru o delu. Ako si ovaj drugi slučaj, porezi se plaćaju od bruto iznosa. Na dan kada tvoj kandidat bude zaposlen mi ćemo te nagraditi sa 50% naknade. Ostatak možeš da očekuješ po isteku garantnog roka (koji obično traje 60-90 dana).

Šta ako još neko predloži istog kandidata?

Vidi pitanje broj 1 – budi ažuran. Dakle, pošto ćemo voditi evidenciju o pristiglim informacijama i CV-jevima, znaćemo ko je prvi preporučio kandidata i toj osobi sleduje naknada.

Koje podatke o kandidatu treba da vam dostavim?

CV sa kontakt podacima, kako bismo procenili da li ima smisla kontaktirati osobu radi pozicije uopšte.

Kako da imam uvid u status svojih kandidata?

U samom startu ćemo i mi raditi prilično manuelno. Kontaktiraćemo s tobom i javljaćemo ti kako se razvija situacija, podrazumeva se. Ako ti poželiš u bilo kom trenutku da se obratiš nama, možeš da nam pišeš na [email protected]

Šta nije dozvoljeno?

Slanje lažnih podataka, kao i slanje informacija, kontakata i CV-jeva bez saglasnosti kandidata, ne dolaze u obzir. Ako neko bude nefer postupao, svaka saradnja će jednostavno biti prekinuta i neće biti ostvarena ni ubuduće.
